  1. I chose 17 women who achieved something outstanding from between 1911 and 2011. The back ground looks a bit like a quilt but also it is meant to be a snakes and ladders board game which is meant to represent the ups and downs women face in their ventures towards achieving something big. The kitchen sponges, clothes pegs, nappy pins, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner etc are meant to represent some of the domestic duties that daily interfer with them achieving in other area of their lives.
